I am a qualified business coach with over 20 years experience in senior leadership roles. I have worked across a wide range of industries, from marketing and design to financial and professional services, in both the UK and across Europe. I have held the position of Managing Director for a UK based direct and digital agency as well as the role of Chief Marketing Officer for a multi-national insurance company in Europe.

Throughout my career I have always used coaching as my preferred leadership style, so after 30 years in industry it felt like a natural transition to qualify as a coach and focus on what really matters to me; supporting women in the work place at key life stages. Whether that’s returning to work as a mother, or a woman going through the perimenopause and then the menopause at work.
